Please follow these guidelines for submitting photos for custom prints and fill out the form below:

1. Head shots only taken against a plain background (head & shoulders).  
2. Face-on or three-quarter view, shoulders up.  
3. NO FLASH!  Natural light only.  
4. Jpeg or tif format, 100 dpi minimum.  The head should be about an inch high or more.
5. Black & white or color (we will convert to B&W).  
6. Best bet: submit two or three head shots of each subject at different angles and we will choose what fits best.
7. We can scan a photograph as long as everyone’s head is separate (no overlapping) and as long as the photograph is clear and good quality.  Clearly mark each golfers name on the back of the photograph. Photos will be returned with your order.
8. Clearly identify each golfer and please check the spelling of each name!  We cannot be responsible for names that were submitted to us misspelled.
9. Fill out this form with your submissions and instructions and submit online or mail it with your photos to the address below. We will let you know we received your materials. Depending on number of photos submitted online,
